Do not visit 3 year old CHK websites linked on this site. All of the ip traffic would assuredly be coming from this forum, and then it’s easy to match your ip addresses up if you accessed any other company resources, like email.

They do not want us to tell the truth. Stay vigilant!

If you don’t even understand which link we are referring to, then there isn’t any point in arguing with you.

No one is busting in doors, hacking cell phone towers, or bugging your office. But if you click a CHK.com link on this website that isn’t getting incoming traffic anywhere else, you may as well be viewing from your company computer.

Do you know, is a lot different to our intern has been tracking IP addresses and we’ve worked out its you! In all honesty I have no idea what link you are referring to but I know I’ve clicked many links in the past on my home computer, my personal laptop and cellphone, and HR is yet to kick down my door and fire me. I just think there are many things people should be worried about, and this isn’t one.

No, I don’t remember that town hall. I really do worry for some of you. If they had asked anyone, even an intern to work on this do you not think you would have heard about it by now?! We are talking years of posting on this site and not one person has been spoke to by management. Of course if you are talking bad about the company and making moral lower than it already is (if possible), then you are probably going to be on a list for lay-off because you don’t want to be here. But that’s literally every company in the world. To think we have a team monitoring this nonsense is laughable. The amount of IT staff, HR staff and Security that have been laid off, yet nobody has said anything about it...in YEARS. Get a grip.

If you start running your mouth off about management on campus where other people can overhear you, you’ll end up on a sh– list.

Not sure what’s so hard to comprehend about this website being any different.

It would take an intern an hour max to match up the ip traffic on that 3 year old news article (posted at 11:30 on Friday :thinking:) to known company accounts.

Remember that Town Hall where Doug said they think they know who’s stirring up trouble on the layoff? I wonder how they figured it out.

Has anyone seen my foil hat this morning? Please don’t answer your cellphones when on campus and talk bad about management. I think they have installed microphones around campus, they want to know if anyone is unhappy with 50c stock and a struggling industry. It’s also a well known fact they have been interviewing hairdressers, check out employees and neighbors to see if you have talked bad about the company. Finally put tape on your webcam.

Apparently the most egregious offense on here is to question MS Teams. Where’d that post go? That’s how to get IT on your case, I guess.

It makes sense they’d be spending time chasing people on here, because they’re sure AF not keeping our computers or network running smoothly .

The powers that be want to know who is not buying into the corporate BS to target them on the next round of layoffs, like usual.

And you are beyond naive if you think it takes a wizard to match up ip addresses when all of the traffic to a 3 year old link is coming from people on this site..

The fact you think we have a team of IT Wizards trying to work out who’s on here is hilarious. I bet you don’t vaccinate your children because you are convinced the government is chipping them.

Uh huh. Just like only investors care about our CapEx, OpEx, quarterly reserves, KPI, etc. No way would an employee pay attention to how sh–ty our business has been over the last 8 years. Only investors care that our share price went from $30 to $20 to $10 to $5 to $1 to $0.5 under Doug and the Anadarko crew.
