Unemployment insurance? Yes, count on it. You are an "at will" employee so there will be no termination for cause. I say this with certainty because the only PEP employees left are the ones who stay "under the radar" and are "getting along and not making waves." That said you will enjoy your $600 or so "before tax" dollars per week along with mandatory visits to the New York employment office. For six months. Keep your insurance premium receipts. It adds up quick.
