It’s being tested in a few select stores. No detail it will go company wide.
This will take some time to implement nationwide. Once the management structure changes under GWP take effect, "A" level associates will go to $12/hr which amounts to .50 increase at my facility. Some stores' associates will see a bigger increase as they're closer to $10/hr now.
Congratulations! You now make the same as the new hires..... ain't Walmart great... 🙄
In GWP stores that have gone to replenishment, front end and food/consumables coach, CAP 1, CAP 2, Front end and Fresh associates will start at $12.
