They should get on their hands and knees and beg Terry B. to come back and allow him to report directly to Farr.

Self proclaimed one guy is John. He walked out the door a few months ago. Relocated to Des Moines.

Did we find out who the one guy is ? Since he’s the one posting, the rest of us would like to know who our savior is.

Who is the savior? Are you talking about the former president ?

I’ve heard nothing yet here in Iowa, but I figure the next round of layoffs here will be soon since they cut out the FCTL people. Then we’ll see the typical formula of early retirement packages followed by cuts affecting those that were last in the door while the lifers manage to hang on even longer. Unfortunately Farr and his merry bunch of yes men let the one guy that could have led us through this mess walk out the door a few months ago. All this while the current, and rarely seen, President spends his time, and likely Emerson funds, trying to save a dying country club versus leading his organization through difficult times. It’s no wonder we’re in this mess.

No, FDJ is trying to defer or reduce commission to the LBP channel this round. Someone needs to teach him how to grow a business with methods other than cannibalism.
