Odds the field will be reduced to fewer regions again this year?

The same happened in our region last year. Those impacted were asked to meet at a nearby hotel. Some had the option to move to Plano. This year so far rhe admin support who help with all customer contracts were let go.
My manager is supposed to meet with his boss and another person tomorrow morning at an outside location to discuss changes coming up for the FLNA traffic organization. Last year the company used the same tactic and ended up with at least 3 guys getting a nice packet before being let go.
Nope, they are filling roles. Usually positions will stay open to slot displaced employees.
