I read a post where the example of handbags being combined with the mens department. Are they cutting the jobs for the associates that works in handbags?

Can't move someone to a different status position. If FT has cuts, they are displaced. They don't become PT unless the agree to take the job as a PT instead of severance. Same for PT. If they are cut, they are displaced and severance eligible. You definitely can't move someone to flex without agreement. No one is forced to a non comparable job.
well someone posted that the last 3 hires will be elimnated . but not sure if that was true.. then it said FT would become PT , PT will be flex and flex will be cut.. but not sure..
