PGT will last 5 years if theyre lucky...more like 10!! In this place...thats more job security than weve had living year-to-year
C’mon, promos and recognition at this company has always been decided by the boys and girls clubs. This has always been identified as a concern on Org Health Surveys for over 25 years. Retention or “special project” selection is just another fiasco to hide the bias once again. How many people were let go without any options to even apply for alternative positions. It’s a farce. The Conflict Of Interest mandatory Is shameful.
Do diverse candidates get extra special treatment at Pep? Seems there are a few with HR files that manage to stay or thrive (think “big cat”) at Pepsico.
Anyone who has been here long enough to work on “special projects” in the past know that they always run over and never meet requirements. If you are selected, you can plan on being there for a while ...
