Add me to the list on month short of two years. Talk about being treated most shabbily. My supervisor had a difficult time not smiling between false moments of sadness. Lets just say he was not one of the better managers that I have worked with. Totally dysfunctional.

Can we say where each of these layoffs are coming from?

2 lost in our group, we were just told. There's still a meeting for covering those jobs to get through.

I know of 5 from our group. Like you said, young with a year or two of experience, to program level leaders who have been dedicated to Cummins longer than most of it's employees have been alive. Sad that even if you wanted to, it's not a company you can retire from since they'll lay you off before you get there chance to.
