Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Oh, well...

My call on Walmart which was 6 years ago they think they are to big to fail They will be the way of K Mart Amazon is to far ahead and Wal Mart is taking something good and slamming it into the ground and everyone seems to see it coming I don't care although I like my store my SM I could throw him far away he came from K Mart Its really pathetic He pretends to care something I see totally thru , he doesn't !

my Walmart has had like 9 st. managers in 10 years and 5 dept. managers for each dept. everyone worked to death. blamed for upper manage. incomp. anyways they are making employees with no training do ogp. no extra pay. pulling everyone so understaffed, cashiers are even doing it, floor associates, also I work in Dairy and Frozen required to work 1.dairy, 2.frozen, 3.ogp, 4. 97 deli wall, 5. candy, 6. seasonal candy. 7. grocery, 8, dry grocery and getting yelled at cause not done and full 8 areas no extra pay. Customer service failing all over usa.

@1kao+13d8PdBX Walmart isnt going anywhere anytime soon. On contrary K-Mart, Walmart has invested in their stores. You can say ya possibly not the smartest way, but they are investing and trying to stay relevant. However Walmart is indeed losing market share thats a fact. Amazon has tooken a big chunk and if Walmart doesnt change how they manage things they will still keep losing not only from Amazon, but other competition.

Unless Amazon starts opening tons of stores and sells groceries like Walmart does, Walmart will be around far longer than K Mart ever was.
