Do you know there is a plan to grow headcount, how many employees currently work here? How about the HQ at Duluth?

GHQ is no longer in Duluth; it's in Atlanta proper, in a brand-new building that's maybe two-thirds the size it needs to be and with less than half of the parking spaces it needs.
The building's design, and the way the employees are stuffed into it like sardines in a tin, will make social distancing impossible. The company's weird variation of SCRUM processes only exacerbate the problem – too many people in too small a space. Too many people whose only job is to talk a lot.
To make GHQ habitable in the new social-distancing world, they'll have to let a third of the staff go or let them work remote. (They used to allow remote work, but the current management couldn't handle it and pulled everyone into the building.) I suspect a lot of jobs will be shipped off to Prague or Bangalore or Cebu and they'll downsize the staff at GHQ. The retail slowdown will naturally hit them hard, so layoffs are probably in the cards for 2021.
