People leads going to training for workday training so that they can train managers and hourly supervisors,. I wonder once this training is completed what happens to us no direct reports. I can remember Sam's club pctc having to do training webnair about a year ago. Sands club no longer has pctc or a people lead. Managers and leads with direct reports handle the rest.

Great, this position is too much for one person anyway. Besides, the pay isn't worth the stress. No overtime so they try to cram 80 hours into one person because they eliminated the Training Coordinator position. Whatever, so glad when it happens.
What will the position be called?
Sam's club PC/TC never had the authority that PL does now. Once train is complete, this will move to another position right under SM. Will continue as hourly
