Correct. If you haven't lost your job yet, it is time to look for one regardless. Especially if you are starting your career. There is no benefit in working for a company that doesn't offer long term stability. Cummins is not an engineering company. It is a body shop, that specializes in bringing cheap labor straight out of college, making them follow predefined processes, squeezing them for 2-3 years in dead-end roles, and then laying them off. A large number of young engineers are just wasting their time working here.
