Ok so what useful information are you expecting? This website is for people to vent their frustration with this once great company. A lot of people need to realize that this company will absolutely hide any and all information regarding job cuts until the day it happens. There's quite a few very old posts relating to Lance Fritz and how he couldn't be trusted when he came to the UP. I was there when he first showed up, and yeah I didn't trust him. He's been laying people off since becoming CEO, and it's not likely to change. Just let people vent the anger without attacking them. Let's try that!
The rumors here are often more accurate than any others that I hear through the grape vine. This is the only channel for real railroaders time communicate through without the corporate spin from our lame executive team. It isn’t perfect by any means but it’s better than nothing!

What useful information? This company isn’t sharing anything useful let alone information with anyone until the moment they decide to let it out...the unions if they know anything are keeping quiet as well for their own reasons (assuming they have a clue which is highly doubtful at this point)...it’s a three ring circus complete with a great clown show and a massive train wreak coming soon so the best thing anybody can do is sit back and watch.
