Non essential functions and personnel are being identified. There are going to be layoffs as less essential employees are identified.

It has been my experience that a US stateside FTE is still needed to "fix" the stuff that the offshore teams create. I think that's what they call irony? or stupidity...either way...cheers!!

Is that why it has taken 5 days to get a response that used to take 3 hours? They have to pass it down the chain to the one who has a PHONE?
Adding all 5 wipro employees’ salaries is still much less than 1 full time staff in North America!
Let's start with Wipro. It takes five Wipro contractors to do the job of one traditional employee.
