Try rebooting it.
When did this become a support page?
Also, agreed even support will tell you that the store’s computers won’t run half of the programs because they’re so old. The new answer is now, try finding a newer computer in your store and maybe it will work, or hey your store is budgeted to get new computers this year (said every year for the last five years).
Our store still uses computers from 2005!!!!
