These people are pillars of society. Good god fearing people who take your best interest to heart.
Haha.... were you able to keep from laughing when you typed that ?
These law suits are clearly without merit. I have seen nothing but honesty and integrity from yhis company
Just my 2 cents here, but all these class 1 RR have been screwing over the customers for years. The railroad is too used to old times were it could be a bully especially to these smaller companies. They’re too tied up in the mentality, “There is no real competition comparable to our prices and try and sue us we’re so big we can’t lose”. Fast forward to today were fuel is cheap and many of these trucking based logistics companies are getting more competitive. Factor in their reliability and often they come ahead. Reliability and consistency is a huge thing NS is bad at. Recently I heard of a paper plant shutting down for a few days due to NS cars being late several weeks, that more than negates any savings in shipping costs....... And to make it even worse, NS has gotten more and more bold with their questionable business practices with customers in effort to reach this 60% OR. Not very wise in today’s age with better competition and where many of these companies are much much bigger than NS and more than familiar with how to win in court.
