I’m tired of these managers that just talk talk talk support but never follow through . Then have the audacity to ask for sales but never appreciate the sales associate . They want car salesmen mentality with this new Lowe’s. They don’t care about the customer at all . How many times I have heard, I don’t care just sale it . Then it comes back around to bite them . Started putting in applications elsewhere time to leave Home Depot I mean Lowe’s .

These comments are spot on! I'm new to Lowe's and work in appliances. My first day on the floor and no one scheduled with me! There is zero emphasis on training! I have been with them for a week now and am convinced management doesn't give a sh– if you succeed or fail. The ASM either loves you or hates your guts and ignores your calls. And, oh yeah, we don't have a single set of matching washers and dryers to sell. Walking customers all day long!!

— I’ve had a family member and 2 neighbors say they need a new fridge. I took them elsewhere on my day off and had the sales person verify inventory before the purchase. When I’m on the clock, I do the job. When I’m not, I take my friends to the best place to get the product they want.
I got a thank you and invited to a barbecue. If I’d done that at work, I’d have gotten. Why didn’t you sell the whole kitchen and the credit app?

Sounds like my store, get a big sale? All we hear is did you get a Lowe’s credit card? Protection plan? Well why not? You need to do more! If you need me I’ll be in the office (with the other managers).
