An Agile dept and organization with multiple layers is Not micromanaging tasks and people by four to five people and levels. They are not practicing this project management fundamental but lotsa folks managing and “coordinating” and delegating . When they should be “working”. Not what the intent was.

I thought the Employment law requires corporations to reimburse
Employees for digital needs and phone expenses. I’m sure leadership does or has in the past. Itbise to apply to all employees

People suffering from active upper respiratory illness should BE REQUIRED to stay home without fear of retaliation. But if retaliation and intimidation are what rules, then COVID-19 is coming to an office near you soon.
