Heard rumors that HyVee is eliminating HR position in store. Just wondering if anyone else heard the same rumor. If would make sense thou because a lot of retail store don’t have HR Managers in stores. Thanks.

Oh the irony of forcing your HR managers to fire/demote massive numbers of people and then fire the HR managers. . . It's like building your own gallows.
Very sad if this is true. They let go half the store (obvious hyperbole) then get let go themselves. This situation is sad all around.
Yep, heard this too. Makes sense since they were useless during these layoffs. No paperwork no nothing. They are all floral or rpm managers suddenly hr. No training. So left them all go and have corp do it. Is what I'm hearing. They are next after they do the dirty work.
