Can anyone really say CX is not a disaster?

CX is now a retirement home for SForce flunkies.
Not just V2Momma, but chief CX architect Greg Herlein as well. Does anyone think he has contributed technically or "built up" morale per his boast of being a team-builder? This guy has left chaos and confusion and despair in his wake, but he will come out on top in this latest reshuffle as well.
It is
Yesterday I saw Joe Pinto posting a Thank you for your service comment for an employee leaving Cisco posting farewell on Linkedin. Remind me of the good old days having him. Heartbreaking. He still thinks about us.
CX is absolutely useless
Pinto went to Pure Storage I think . He is heading their professional services . I met him at an airport and he was still bitter about the way he was managed out after Maria came

Is V2mama a moderator here?
But revenue from the service is not bad.
They are not leaving on their own goodwill. They are being managed out politely. Who retires at age 52 from Cisco? Ding ding ding!!!
Bunney leaving to goog end of march. Tom handing over to ruba to 'retire'.
@3jou+13UqZ3rd What happened to Joe Pinto. I worked in TAC/Advanced Services until 2016.
Bunney left? What a damn shame.
Joe Pinto would be rolling on floor laughing.
Between V2mom and that thing that they’re calling the new CIO Cisco is in real trouble! Chuck doesn’t want to do anything about it because that means he’s admitting that he made bad decisions.
Remember the first artifact unveiled at GSX was DNA ask-the-expert session and a power point slide with Formula One with CX logo on customer lifecycle circuit. Now it's on the price list, have someone ever thought it is attractive investment? (No)
You mean the V2MON that is mandatory to write (everyone just copies their bosses) but nobody looks at until next year when we have to do another one? Yea great management going on there, lets waste time on something nobody i going to look at.
I thought TeamSpace measured everything we need. Couple that with V2MOM and Cisco will be firing on all cylinders.
Just love this infusion of “talent”.
Bringing some whacko stuff with her.
Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, Measures–V2MOM, from Saleforce via Oracle, if you are wondering.
@hpf+13UqZ3rd it's the entire cringe mob we are harboring and giving them a platform.
Everything she has done has been based on her experience with a successful single product model. Cisco is a conglomerate of acquired products and services in addition to drop-shipped network boxes. Whether or not Salesforce benefited from CX or despite CX, it does not fit Cisco at all. Really bad idea compounded by stubborn refusal to admit failure and Chuck's constant excuses.
Making money with customer success is a pipe dream. No one wants to pay adoption fee for buggy products playing SaaS. Like always, fix it matters then just route it and switch it. This is all that customers expect from Cisco.
