One word....WHY? What a waste! They are paying good money for snobby milliionals to play foosball and play Xbox. Oh I forgot the basketball court that looks nice then 85% of the high schools in Iowa. All this and I get written up for looking at my cell phone waiting for the compactor to finish compacting boxes. GTFOH

They surely could put a team of those folks to fix rpm and the inventory program. Thousands and thousands of dollars are sitting in stores inventories right now not being counted due to department managers not knowing anything about inventory and rpm is not as user friendly as they think... there’s a lot of places for $$s to hide at no fault to the ones doing inventory. Literally you have to go through a checklists af about 20 things to make sure you haven’t missed anything each month. If they need details how about actually going to a store and watch them do inventory.... from checking blank section codes to new section codes to hand moving scanner promos every month.... fix rpm and inventory program and you will find millions of hidden dollars!!!!!!!!!
