Now here comes the lawsuits. Word on the street, there is a movement to file several lawsuits naming the Company founders and key recently terminated executives for the mishandling of Corporate financials. My understanding is that the Institutional investors, who lost massive amounts of money, are spearheading the suits and also investigating the possibility of criminal charges against the same.

The company has a lot more to worry about just trying to keep more stores from closing, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that those employees who remain, stay healthy during this crisis. Yet foolish as things are, things can only get worse before they can get better

The Evil Empire needs to be brought to justice. They’ll never get jail time- it just doesn’t work that way but maybe they can be hit in the pocket book.
