Baker Hughes is a piece of s...t**. Super incompetent team in management. Sales team have no idea what they are doing.

A lot of good people went when GE took over and it just went downhill from there. Most of BHGE management were ex GE, a lot were incompetent and only in their role because of who they knew.

I saw more than a few good people get canned because they disagreed with the id–ts in charge. typical GE mentality, don't fix the problem, just get rid of the people who are inconveniently telling you about it.

Would not be surprised if BH got broken up and sold off in pieces, there are a few good bits in there.

example of management team out of their depth. No business skills, no management skills, no technicals skills, no marketing skills, very limited operational expertise, no common sense, bull in a china shop approach and taxi driver mentality and cover ups to hide the mess What a fkg train wreck. The office now bankrupt.

This is company wide. In US land we have been k–led by our competitors. We have a sales team who would give used car salesmen a bad name and middle management and coordinators who haven’t a clue about the product lines they manage.

There is no reason aberdeen office should have gone down the toilet - but it did. Problem was senior mgrs putting wrong people into management who didn’t understand the business. That’s obvious. Perfect storm andrecipe for disaster. Could see this coming no surprise to ppl who know he oil business.

Can Baker survive. I doubt it. Stock will drop below $10 and it will be gobbled up and sold off piece by piece. So goes a 100 year legacy.

So the cats out the bag - stoneywood old school lost all their drilling services due to management incompetence and f-ups. Drilling, mwd, mud, wireline all gone. Worst sales and management team ever seen in baker worldwide. What a fkg shambles.
