First, there are two main reasons to do what Hy-Vee has been doing.
Second, closing the fulfilment centers makes zero sense in the grand scheme. Even if it's a financial problem, it doesn't make much sense. There is only ONE way it makes sense and that is if Hy-Vee is being acquired by a company with its own fulfillment centers...
So sad hyvee is loosing customers because of these paycuts and layoffs. Corporate is digging thier own grave.

Other companies close the doors when the stores are not profitable as they should be! Hy-Vee is doing what has to be done to keep the doors open!

They laid off over 100 Dieticians, 400+ Ailes on Line,employees closed distribution centers, part time hours reduced and FT positions eliminated. Sounds like financial issues.
they're not closing the fulfillment centers. they are gonna use them for other things
Hyvee is financially strong company right now. Plenty of cash on hand. We having never been stronger. With that being said then the only other reason is because HyVee is greedy. They want more Money. They are ruining employee life’s because they want more money. If I had to pick between being greedy or financial problem I would pick financial problem. Which one do you think you true.
