Why is it that store manager and assistant can called in anytime and used there Pto days. But we have to fight to get our approve and we have one at our store they calls about every week

salary = slavery
It is wage theft of the salaried. Many salaried positions have required hours but the pressures are such where they bleed you out of many more thus stealing time from salaried. That is the purpose for many put on salary. Steal time and not pay. Walmart management is nothing short of criminal but they are cleavor to circumvent the laws.
Do salaried managers have a point system also? That being the case, how is it that they are made to come n 2-3 hours early and stay 2-3 hours over especially when hourly associates payroll is reduced first quarter the way it usually is?
