Tipsord gets all the blame, sometimes the heat, but these changes started under Ed Rust. Ed Rust wanted the hubs and started “Future State”. Tipsord’s only fault is that he doubled down and the Mass layoffs. His response to the 7 billion dollar underwriting loss was a knee jerk reaction at best, I’m not letting him off the hook.......MT do not get full blame of the company’s situation some of the blame has to go to Ed Rust.

If any of you think integrated data from 3rd parties or pricing practices or your personal information is safe from
Foreign countries hands. Ur wrong. Despite all the “security” image. Census is same. Why vendors handle quiet stuff. Banking, insurance, government and state data. Been done for years. Now they just use it all to profile and create pricing profiles and create marketing systems.
Outsiders see it. Customers see it. Oh well.
MT was never qualified for this job and has done a terrible job. As for the blame toward Mr. Rust at this stage of the game is so wrong. Just trying to put blame on someone else is childish. Mr. Rust would never have put this company in this horrible situation. Mr. Rust has more brains and talent than the entire 12th floor has in 1 pinky finger. Mr. Rust had class and I’m sure he still does and was very respected. Blame Tippy and his minions.
When things are not going well do you fire the team of the manager? Time to fire the manager.
