With all that has happened and the stories we are hearing from our peers, is there anything that we can do legally? Can we file a lawsuit? I would never have thought this way before but at this point Hy Vee certainly doesn’t care about us.

If you don’t think hy-vee weighed the pros/cons and legality of all of this, you’re crazy.
What law did they violent that you can sue for? Iowa is an at will state, they can let you go for sneezing and owe you nothin.
We probably have the brains, balls and incredible numbers. What we don’t have is the opportunity. That’s not how the company is set up you stupid f—er. Don’t comment on things that you don’t understand.

Sadly if Randy has sent us into bankruptcy where would they get funds to pay any lawsuits? Randy needs to go. Maybe a petition to get him removed?
