Leadership says that they base it on how easy it is to replace you.... if it's easy you get zero.....

They thought that they were ok in February of ‘18, letting go of anyone who was willing to have a difference of opinion or work so well that they made others look bad, or straight jealousy.
That didn’t work out well for them at all, now did it?
