Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

EOI flexibility

The EOI is available to BU/DEPT management thru the end of 2021. Its not going to happen all at once and can vary by employee with each department. Its to be used as a management tool where needed, especially where must move AMBU employees are involved.

This upcoming transformation period should be treated by everyone as Survival of the Fittest. I don’t plan to cower and quiver at my desk and think of doom and gloom. I am doing everything in my power to cash in my political chips and go so far as to backstab my competition si I keep my job or advance in this company. I didn’t put in 16 years already to play fair or accept fate. I make my own fate so don’t stand in my way.

What an utterly stupid reply. Definitely a Chevron Way response. Just remember, OE is me!

Instead of trembling at your desk and hoping you don’t get the chop chop chop, why not accept your fate, whatever it is, with courage and resoluteness. You’ll be more proud of yourself rather than be seen as a quivering wreck.

AMBU must mives careless than 100 in total, not too many anyways.50% of them will not have a chance as EOI will not be granted until October, EOI is for the upcoming g transformation not for AMBU must moves, the storm coming fast and many will lose their jobs, this industry is in very bad shape, think of Coal 20 years ago, oil and gas companies will be much smaller in 20 years, time has changed.
