does anyone know if commission are going in W. shoes? I know they lowered it to 1.5 .2.5. 3.5. 4.5 the more you sell the higher the tier.. but things are bad.. so my guess commission will exit soon? I hear June ?

Can you post the paper saying commissions is going?
I have paperwork from Macys that says cosmetics will be doing that too. Has that started? I am no longer working there..
@cds+13PP30me, you must be in Florida if everyone is on commission. That's not the norm through the rest of the old South region.
I work in women's shoes in the South region and we are still on commission and yes we have the different tiers from 1.5 to 5.5. so the more you sell the faster your sales % goes up. Every other different in the store is on commission as well. As far as doing away with commissions, hopefully it's doesn't happen, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.
Our store went off commission over 2 years ago. Open sell is what's coming everywhere eventually.
