Our GM just tells the cashier to do the return even if its past the return date to avoid a store complaint. So much for the new return policy.

I tried to tell the customer service agent at Amazon I no longer had the item but I still wanted a refund because I had a copy of the order from 3 years ago. They weren't having any of that!

Amazon does not “always find a way to say yes.” Generally speaking, stores should try to work with customers to find solutions that help the customer leave satisfied, but when they are irrational, when they are known scammers..no. They are not always right.

No of course not. We have all dealt with customers we know are being ridiculous in their request.

There are many customers who are direly irrational.
