Retail workers' job description is providing precision guess work based on unreliable data provided by those of questionable knowledge. I lost count on how many times customers have come in looking to buy more of a product that they originally bought at Home Depot, showed them their product on the HD website, and they still insist they bought it at Lowe's. Customers are always wrong.
