This is true, it's happening; it happened at our store. Our store manager was there at the beginning of the week and literally gone/fired within a couple of days by the end of the week.

So they have been getting rid of store managers lately because there was at least 3 open positions in our area
This is happening in my market and my friends market. People with 2 need improvement Evals are being fired there was no warning until everyone starting getting fired. This is saddd. For the ASM that have 1 need improvement they won’t be able to go into the new structure jobs coming soon. ThT means more fired.😓
so the original post says STORE managers not ASm or Co. mgrs. - this is just a duplicate post - the one that says 500 managers losing their jobs has all the details - and yes happening all the country and more are coming with out warning - you could be next
It’s happen in our region they are moving managers around to fill the ones that they let go. They are running thin in some markets
They need to talk with legal counsel concerning age and gender discrimination, file a grievance with the state EEOC. Any one over 40 is considered age descrimination because that law was never changed and written when life expectancy was alot lower.
two 65+ women managers were terminated one after 32 yrs other 15 yrs AGE DISCRIMINATION. NO offer of job change,severence pay NOTHING. GA
