What is on your mind - what should be done and what we've done good so far? Where is all of this going?

So since Hertz does not disenfect the cars when they clean them. Are they putting renters at risk? They have no standards at all. Sometimes they don't even clean the cars at. If it looks clean, it's clean they say. Quantity over quality.
