People in TN are already apologizing to the people who have been devastated by tornadoes who are insured by SF. That's not the reputation I recall.

The jury is out. Let's see how bad they treat their customers. Just watch! They buy off judges and violate RICO then they expect preponderance. Nah. A criminal is always a criminal.
It's not what the company says. It's what the customer and the employees say.
That is absolutely not true. We were one of the first to arrive on scene. The Tennessee Department of insurance even commented on it. I’m like the last reply, I am all about giving criticism when it is due, but it’s just not do in this case.
I am all in on criticizing the company for the BS they have been pulling but what could we have possibly done wrong in less than 24hrs of the tornados?
