Can we talk about how ridiculous and sad the criteria for all-star leadership is? JDs done on time, low shrink, whatever other bull sh– its based off of. So you can have empty walls so your shrink is low, huge negative comps and chill in the office getting JDs in right away and get told you’re the best? When there’s really hard working TLs who will be on the floor helping their team with call outs but get penalized for getting a JD in a little late? And ATLs don’t get any recognition when they are involved with all of that stuff??? One all-star TL in my region literally lied her way out of separation while on admin leave for using the n*word last year and now she’s the best and an all-star?? I’m confused???

All star is a joke for sure. I know lots of TLs who had great kpi scores and did not get it. Reason? Its up to coordinator to decide who ultimately gets it. I cant make this sh– up! So if your are buddy buddy with your coor then you will get all start even if you are in the middle of kpi.
Haha, just accept it. It isn't real. No one believes in it, its marketing. It's like when we used to have outstanding tm and outstanding c.s. every month. Without fail the worst tms who did the least work would win because they were part of the clique. I'd have like 15 perfect secret shops in a row, greet every customer by name, give them recipes but some guy who'd literally eat his boogers while telling customer we didnt carry tahini paste would win both awards every month.

Yeah I see what you are saying. I mean it's like saying james harden is better than lebron just bc he averages more points per game. I for one think that call of duty modern warfare is a really good game despite the complaints. Need to get a new oven mitt. These are trying times buddy keep your head up.
