NG is struggling to handle COVID properly. Letting sectors decide early on showed there was no leadership at the top and now that the federal government is going masks + vaccines, NG is even more confused. They called everyone back into HQ way too early and if you have kids at home that need taking care of, you are seen as not taking your career seriously. Working from home was proven to be just as effective. NG's old-school management can't handle it though. "Out of site must mean you are slacking off" and "I forget about the people I can't see"... seriously? That's a pretty embarrassing statement, tbh
