Comdoc and Amcom have been merged with Comdoc taking the lead.
I just need to say that the ITS president Randy is actually a super decent guy. Throughout this entire mess he has done everything in his power to help and support those of us who were badged over. He is always kind and encouraging to our team (not just the sales team). If anyone can manage taking on such a huge challenge, it’s him.
Southeast, when your cores merged did they cut jobs?
What about Service dept dispatchers, were any cut and do you think these jobs will eventually be outsourced or automated?
I am glad this web site exists so that we can find out information like this. How many cores have actually heard this news and when will we be told officially?
As an employee of ITS - I can attest that the pres is not a great guy and does not care about anyone other than himself.
The president from its is a decent guy and treats people well.
Im happy to hear the xerox actually did something right/respectable and got rid of Conways president. He was fired for s-xually assaulting employee! Glad it wasn’t swept under the rug! I know that many cores are merging but was the xbs northeast merger a result of the firing of their president? Or is this right on track to what was supposed to happen?
XBS Southeast is Berneys, GDP, and Stewart of Alabama. Not sure what will happen with the Florida or Carolina cores.
Even though this is Xerox and I should already know the answer, I have to ask how is there not an operating plan in place for after the mergers happen? Everyone should be in the loop on new processes once the merger is complete.
What cores got merged into one for XBS southwest and XBS southeast? I remember that XBS southwest had them all listed on their website at one time, but they’re gone now.
So Southeast happened almost 10 months ago now. We’ve lost everything from our president, controller, service vp, HR, along with many other crucial people. It’s a ghost town. We work on a skeleton crew all the time. Most were forced out and some left in their own because they knew they’d be forced out too. Basically the largest core in the group takes charge and calls all the shots. The smaller cores get absorbed in. That’s been our experience so far.
XBS Southeast - can you detailed what happened? Those of us who haven’t been merged yet are wondering what’s to come.
Welcome to the fun. Our core became XBS Southeast last year and we’ve seen some things. None of its good.
I wonder when they just drop the 'XBS' and just go with Xerox Northeast.
Interesting comment about the President of ITS being a nice guy who cares about his people...It would be hard to find one person at ITS to agree with that statement.
ya I am guessing the whole conway thing was not planned so this threw a wrench in the big plan, I am guessing CBS will be running the show for XBS Northeast
Why would cbs run others if it is being absorbed into northeast?
ESI or Capitol taking over Mid-Atlantic. CBS running others. Both President’s are under NDAs
To the person saying CBS takes mid Atlantic what does that mean?
Conway, Eastern, and ITS
CTG: Conway Technology Group
Can anyone name the cores that are being consolidated? Most of us don't know which Cores are in the NE.
CBS: Connecticut Business Systems.
IT(S): Image Tech (in Massachusetts)
Just remember, even if your guy is a good guy, I I do hope that he is because there are very few good men and women nowadays, he still has to report up through Icahn's proxy, Johnny V. We all know how much they care about employees.
All this talk about CBS's president of NE and it's not true. It's ITS's president.
If by pres of image tech you mean Randy, your lucky to have him. He actually cares about people and treats people with respect.
What cores are part of Midwest?
Rumor has it Midwest this week.
