UP should be ashamed using the coronavirus as an excuse for their poor performance.
The stock it tanking. Nuff said.
all these customers loving UP so much I can feel it. Too bad the stock it tanking. But but the coronavirus!!!!! It’s all because of the coronavirus
Never trust anyone who can’t spell a word more than one way. Mark Twain.
what would Abraham Lincoln do? what would he say?
all lies...the metrics are all lies.
We just had a guy get a pretty decent injury that certainly rises to the level of FRA reportable and the local management has bullied him into not reporting it and is keeping him in 'simulator training' as a way if hiding the fact he is unfit for duty due to an FRA reportable injury.....he's gonna need serious surgery.
The metrics are ALL LIES
You're not dumping us. We're dumping you! We said it first! We said it first!
LMAO
I don’t believe we lost any customers. We did give some away.
Hahahaha.......and then you woke up.
They will never admit they screwed up, and bragging about how much money they made running a 150 year old company to shambles isn’t something to brag about. This group in charge has done more to hinder the company long term for short term gain. Bragging about how we are doing great when we lost business to our biggest competitor whose making more money from our stupidity that’s an awesome accomplishment.
You’ll be furloughed by then. We’ll mail letters to keep you up to date.
give it 6 months. we will see who brags, it's all about time, accept it.
Keep drinking the company kool-aid cause that’s the only way the numbers they keep posting make sense. People actually doing the job day in and out know the truth, PSR isn’t working the metrics are being faked if not fudged to make everything seem like it’s working.
Capital a please.
an increase in complaints with the STB and the stock price falling means our customers love us.
On our line 2 engines down, two days running. Yesterday the wheel hubs almost came off an engine and today the engine lost all power and died. What a mess.
Nobody believes you
Customers are receiving their cars at a better on time rate than prior to PSR. Train speeds are improving also. You’re confusing 1st OS with train speed and when customers receive their cars.
Dragging trains past first os and then dropping them in a siding or shoving them back in the yard doesn’t increase train speed, and it isn’t improving on time performance. Customers are still not receiving their products when they are supposed to or getting their products picked up for shipping either. Continue to spout off that fallacy to people that don’t actually know what’s going on
LMAO. k. Guess when you have less customers you have less to please.
What is reasonable suspicious?
Customer response is overall positive and improved compared to pre-PSR.
Lolz. All I see is lawsuits and p-ss-d off customers. We pulled you out of service under reasonable suspicious
