This round paved the way for outsourcing. Outsourcing has already started in certain areas of IT and it will grow into eliminating the current Help Desk before year's end. It is a shame for all that were let go but everyone will move on to something better and will find that even their health will improve being out of that toxic...TOXIC environment. The only thing that is changing for BBB is headcount, the horrible way they treat their associates and half-a–*d way they think to "improve" the business will not.
