Met many rednecks in Louisiana years ago. Fine people. Good laugh on the rig with these good folk.

Too many rednecks in this company. We need another policy to deal with them and let’s ban hunting and keeping guns in the company yard

We need a policy to ensure Midland engineers clean the restrooms after use. The smell in there is enough to knock you off your feet. And please move your boat and hunting gear to somewhere else.

The Midland base is for work and not for employee leisure activities

Corporate sent out a policy where all cleaners had to be replaced with the amazon floor robot cleaner

Supposed to save money. I am so glad we have people looking at this kind of things.

We've been using robot sweepers for past few years here in Midland but that doesn't keep the office clean and my boys aint gonna clean the rest rooms. You just gotta get used to working in dirty offices and thats ok as long as you don't have any clients visit. I keep my fishing boat and hunting gear in the yard too and nobody says anything so I aint gonna complain about not having cleaners around

BOB milk the money such that way and soon go to a bankrupt with loosing work

Here in BOD we just laid off the cleaners and were replaced by robot sweepers bought from Amazon. Sign of the times I guess

We also have to wash our own cups now and clean the lavatory after using it. No big deal but not what you would expect from a big global corporation like Baker

All Baker can do is pay off alot more staff.
The share price is in free fall, oil is in free fall.
OPEC 4th cuts in 6 months to try and keep oil at 50 dollars which is ridiculous.
Companies were losing hundreds of millions at 70 dollars, it's just the start of another lot of cuts , pay offs and redundancies.
Staff are already sick of working away 24/7 in our office as not aloud to take on more staff.
Industry is dead.

Just got laid off from the woodlands facility. League city , and navigation are next . I was told they are trying to cut 25-30% of the manufacturing overhead .

All Baker can do is keep cutting heads its all they have.
There is zero work to go around and we out price most jobs trying to hit targets .
Our office in Aberdeen is now tiny , we use to have 2 floors of a building and now all in 2 offices .
What work we get we lose by all the inexperienced staff we have as paid off anyone of any use.
We have been clinging on for years by cutting staff monthly and over working whats left to the point they have left too now look at oil price, Baker share price?

We have no staff left as it is.
