When will they cut us to avoid paying overtime?

They took all salaried ASMs and Ops jets in our district out over last year and half. They said all of the 5-18 year employee's were not meeting job expectations and fired. They did not try to fight the unemployment they just paid up.
They are working on slowly eliminating the position to such a level that they will next to a position downgrade and soon make any remaining ASMs Op supervisors as they continue to right size the company and create less needless layers.
