Sorry I’m not from 51 but I’ve heard what a dirt bag SM /OPs they have. They won’t fire them since they are token mgrs! I’ve also heard they have some great people working there and the dept mgrs they go were pretty good too. This whole thing is a joke they way they let bad people stay
You knew that once Customer Service Shop scores were eliminated, the writing was on the wall. Providing decent customer service costs money. Once the analytics were completed, it became clear that the ROI on above and beyond customer service is simply poor. Still was pretty stunning to see, though.
Unlike previous, RMs were not able to control who was let go or saved. Neither with VPs. A 3rd party analyzed each position to determine the cuts.
They eliminated:
Regional VPs
Regional Managers (now they have half of what they did)
All Store support customer service
Most LP (I think maybe 1 per territory.
Many Hr
(For stores this is)
Keeping people like FG and DP only show that the only thing that has changed is the headcount. Nothing else. I do think it says something that ALL of FG's people were fired yesterday, and yet somehow he was spared.....what a leader. Way to look out for all the people you terrorized for so long. What a douche.
What RMs were cut?
Well they did just cut RMs. So maybe he is gone and 51’s can stop.
