I meet with mine about once per quarter and it goes the same way. Complete vacuum.
I'm not sure what my manager does. Once a week we meet for 30 mins and she ask me how things are going. I say everything great and that's about it. It seems to me managers are really just baby sitters for employees that are always having some sort of drama. Cisco should layoff the trouble makers and their managers.
