41% now, great work.
Be nice if our ceo could make an appearance. Is he hiding? At least provide some leadership
That was a lengthy letter going to a lot of agents and all the Board of Directors from agents indicating how we’ve lost our way. Not sure it’ll make any difference because the executive office seems to get filtered information or chooses to ignore it (ie, agent survey from 2019 where they got railed). Toxic culture.
Bill Belicheck got to pick all his coaches and created a winning team and environment. Why do we hold our sports leaders to higher standards
This company is so non transparent. Feels like a boat with no rudder. No direction from leadership. So much uncertainty. When they do talk, it’s sell more bank, get more deposits with a teaser rate, then the next thing you see it’s the ceo who looks like he hasn’t shaved in two weeks and no tie announcing the shuttering of the bank ..
the decision happened over months..
Everyone needs to look at the bright side, with the way things are going at least we are top 10 in something.
SF doomed since valued technology over employees. Trying to setup SF with production model rather than service model. It has been an absolute failure. Trying to force round peg into square hole. Complete failure.
Is it surprising? No vision, no leadership, no answers. Every change is for monetary reasons, ever decision is about profit. It has cost SF everything.
Number 9 out of 100 on the the Fortune 100. What a distinction. Tipsord has undoubtedly ruined SF, and the lives of thousands of good people in the process!
Wow, to think 8 other companies are as miserable as SF employees
If you don't care about your employees and your customers and you are tunnel vision on numbers AND your middle management has to sell something even they don't believe in, what the hell do you expect? MT would be better running a widget factory in Wuhan, China!
Those other eight must be doozies!
34 percent......wow surprised it’s not lower, but it’s obvious that State Farm has a Social Media Response Team......
Can you imagine how low his rating would be without his team of PR folks who put fake positive reviews on glassdoor and other websites? The fake positive reviews are glaringly obvious — “Cons – none that I can think of”. Yeah, right!
Wow, 9th worst rated CEO!!! Why isn't somebody doing something about this??!! How pathetic and embarrassing for State Farm
Bad bad and really bad. Your culture is your brand. So very sad. Definitely a bean counter who has no clue about what makes the beans.
Values generate numbers. Numbers do not generate values. In due time, the chickens will come home to roost.
Wow, that is something. For a CEO of a mutual company to make the Least Liked Top Ten is amazing. In theory he has less pressure to squeeze every penny and make the employees lives miserable, but he managed to do that anyway.
I think the fact that Glass Door combines agency reviews with the company reviews also helps Tipsord. He is less well known by agents staff I'm sure.
I plan on sharing this with my peer group and SM.
