Cut expense accounts. Sales ppl be out there stupid
If people are dumb enough to think ad sales is Not going to get hit, they need a reality check. Jo Ann is probably thinking strategically and won’t do layoffs until after the Upfront. Keep as many people on the street as you can to secure the $, then let them go.
Heads will roll there too. I bet part-timers in all departments will go. No unemployment, no severance. Easy synergy.
