The Jackson MI auto center is closing. The FLS closed a year or two ago. The news article mentions it was not a result of poor business but that the landlord and owner could not reach agreement on new lease terms.

Sears.com lists these Auto Centers separate from any Sears Stores. I don't know if this list is up-to-date or accurate.

Enfield, CT
Tampa, FL
Chicago, IL
Jackson, MI
Troy, MI
Vineland, NJ
College Point, NY
New Castle, PA
Pittsburgh, PA
State College, PA
San Antonio, TX
Bridgeport, WV

I also don't know if any of the recent or current liquidating Sears stores have kept their Auto Center separately open.

How many stand-alone Sears Auto Centers (not attached to or adjoining Sears stores) are still operating? I recall that they introduced the new brand DieHard Auto Centers a few years ago, but I don't know if those got sold to Advance Auto Parts along with the rest of DieHard.

Automotive hasn’t had leadership for about 10 years.
