Here is the list of Pay Grades at 100% COs for 2019 rounded to the nearest $100, followed by the CIP bonus percentage for each pay grade. Each pay grade is about 15% higher than the next one. The lowest CO for each pay grade is 80%, while most employees will reach 100% CO within about 3 years with a 2 PMP ranking whereas you can reach a 108% with a 2+ ranking and 115% with a 1 ranking in 3 years, unless you are promoted sooner. Stock options which can be very significantly start at PSG27, but sometimes at PSG26.
17 = $71,700, 8% CIP
18 = $82,000, 9% CIP
19 = $93,800, 10% CIP
20 = $106,500, 11% CIP
21 = $122,900, 12% CIP
22 = $141,400, 14% CIP
23 = $163,000, 16% CIP
24 = $187,900, 20% CIP
25 = $216,700, 25% CIP
26 = $246,500, 30% CIP, & stock
27 = $283,600, 35% CIP, & stock
28 = $326,900, 40% CIP, & stock
29 = $377,700, 50% CIP, & stock
30 = $439,000, 60% CIP, & stock

For the OP who doesn't work for Chevron and is trying to poach inside information.... Get lost.
Thanks.

For many years, up through 2015 when I retired, HR was forthcoming in providing this information freely. They have a sheet with all the salaried PSGs on it. It lists the minimum, maximum and the 100% CO for each pay grade. Your supervisor may even have a copy at their desk. Ask your supervisor first. The supervisor can request it from HR for you.

It’s 3% more than 2019.
