Any thoughts about the future of the CSC in Winston Salem?
Anyone ever seen the Seinfeld episode where George stops doing any work for the Yankees and every time someone looks at him he pretends to be p-ss-d off and they start promoting him?
If this is true good luck to all. I was caught in the purge last year and it turned out to be the best thing that happened to me. I stopped my anxiety meds and got a new position where I feel like my work is appreciated as am I as a person. My thoughts and prayers are with you all and know there is life outside of PepsiCo. I do miss many of the people I worked with and for. Good luck.
Someone close to me had a meeting and stopped speculating with me after the meeting. If it has a rail, spreads plague and eats cheese it’s not a baby it’s a f*n Rat
Apply for a role ? That must be a comment from another out of touch Senior Leader. So many terminated employees have reapplied, some for their own roles that have been reposted or other roles they are way over qualified for. Rumor is that long tenure employees that were terminated are taboo. They don’t even get an acknowledgment. If your in one of the boys or girls clubs you probably got a mercy position before being cut. Same corruption that has dominated this place for years. Then some id–t says apply for an open role. Take the bag off your head !

Global Business Solutions. It is not something new. Last year they offered people in finance in the US to train people in India to do their job in exchange for keeping their job for 6 more months until the middle of March this year. They are getting 2 weeks of severance for each year of service but if a trainee complained of no cooperation, then they would be let go immediately with no severance. They are planning to sell it as: "Imagine you have a question. Send an email and people from India that are MBA material will solve it while you are asleep, and when you wake up everything will be solved". Unless, of course, there's need for follow up. HR departments will go GBS on second phase
